Brinson C. White, II, Partner
Brinson White is originally from Charlottesville, Virginia and moved to Lynchburg with his wife immediately after finishing law school. Named a 2020 “Millennial on the Move” by Lynchburg Business Magazine, Brinson’s practice is focused on real estate transactions, estate planning, and business law. More specifically, his real estate practice includes both residential and commercial property representing clients in purchases, sales, contract and title defect resolution, and facilitating 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. He regularly assists businesses with asset and member interest purchases as well as commercial lease drafting and contract negotiation. In addition, Brinson assists clients with strategic estate planning options ranging from simple wills to complex trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships. He also handles various civil litigation matters related to these practice areas.
In 2025 Brinson was elected to serve as a Board Member for the Lynchburg Bar Association and became a member of the Lynchburg Estate Planning Counsel.
Outside the office, Brinson enjoys traveling with his wife and their 2 daughters and spending time with their family, friends, and black lab, Stihl. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hunting, working on his farm, and playing golf.
